Hi, I’m Kim — a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Oregon and Washington. I began my real estate career in 2016 as an independent agent, diving in wholeheartedly from day one. That first year I earned the Rookie of the Year award, followed by ranking as the #5 Top Independent Agent in Units Sold in 2017.

Once my three kids were older and in school full-time, I knew it was the perfect moment to build a business of my own. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and real estate has been the ideal place to pour that energy. I’m not someone who likes to stay “in a box” — I thrive on getting out in the community, meeting new people, touring homes, and tackling the unique challenges that each transaction brings.
